Our Mission.

To foster a collaborative peer discussion of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives dedicated to industry advancement through collaboration and transparency. The goal of this limited-membership organization is to create trust and facilitate an open dialogue surrounding matters of DEI in the workplace.

 
 

Our Purpose.

We meet on a quarterly basis to discuss industry topics surrounding DEI and offer ideas and shared best practices. Our membership is comprised of a cross section of real estate executives from leading firms.

Areas of Focus

  • Diversity.

    All the characteristics that make one individual or group different from another including but not limited to: Race, Ethnicity, Gender, Age, National origin, Religion, Disability, Education, Sexual Orientation, Socioeconomic Status, Marital Status, Language, Physical Appearance, Ideas, Perspectives, Values

  • Equity.

    Providing people the resources they need to succeed, in order to make things fair. 

    Equality vs. Equity  - Equality has to do with giving everyone the exact same resources, whereas equity involves distributing resources based on the needs of recipients.

  • Inclusion.

    Creating an environment in which any individual or group can feel: Welcomed, respected, supported, valued, and encouraged to participate.
